Whatyou’llgainfrom this program:
Learning:Structured training to build core sales capabilities and a strong understanding of the healthcare market.
Experience: Hands-on field exposure andOn-The-Job Trainingunder the guidance of experienced managers.
Reflection: Regular coaching, feedback, and insights fromseasoned leaders.
Growth: Progressive development phases leading to readiness for a Sales Representative role.
What we look for:
Fresh graduates with abachelor'sdegree from any major (science-relatedfields preferred), graduating in 2025–2026.
Strong communicationwith basic Englishproficiency.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare industry, withhigh standardsof integrity, ethics, and responsibility; patient-centric and motivated to succeed in sales.
Willing to be assigned across Indonesia andtoride a motorbike for daily field activities (active SIM Crequired).
Employment pathway and benefits:
First 6 months – Internship: Hired as an intern with daily wage, meal and transport allowance, and accommodation support for candidates from outside Jakarta.
Next 6 months – Contract Staff: Employed ona contract basiswith medical benefits, sales incentives, and other benefits.
Post-contract: Upon successfully passing the6-monthcontract period,candidates will be appointed as permanent employees.
